great service and food, another great place added to my food stops

Walking in to the Restaurant and told the waitress that we were passing true and we had two hungry toddler's, if they had a child's Menu, she quickly replied we are about to close, we make you something to go if you want to order, and point the children's menu, I order grilled cheese and fries, and burritos for us. Went outside feed our kids change them walk them we also eat our burritos, by the way food was good. People went in sat in table and got served, waitress lied so cruelly, don't understand her attitude, I'm 60 years old my daughter is 39 and the toddlers. She wanted our money but she didn't want to serve us inside. I stronger believe in honesty and kindness.

This is a great stop, especially if you are road tripping! The food rivals my grandmother’s, even the salsa (don’t tell her!). The tortillas are amazing! A huge plus is the bathrooms are incredibly clean. Cash only.

This restaurant is a family tuned restaurant. The decor was cute and colorful. The food was delicious and the size was hefty.

If you get there before 11am, order the "Gail Special" It may be the best breakfast I've ever had.

Small place. Not noticeable from the interstate. My second pit stop in 10 years. I brag about my taste for red hatch chile. This place has a red chile, meat and potatoe burrito, that earned my respect. "Just like MOM's Cooking" I'm from a few miles away, and missed out, for a while. Angie's deserves a spot on GOOGLE maps!!

I stopped by here yesterday to grab some food while I was waiting for my kids; long drive back to San Antonio. I order a burger, and it was fantastic. Their food is inexpensive, delicious, and prepared. Everyone is friendly and respectful. I'll definitely be stopping by there again when I head on out to Arizona.

It hit the spot , fast n friendly service

We stopped here on our trip from El paso too big Bend national park for a quick lunch. Definitely, a whole in the wall type of place but we thought the tacos were amazing, perfect tortillas and we'll seasoned meats. Cash only but a great little spot off the interstate to grab a quick bite!

Fantastic truck stop diner out in the middle of nowhere. Been around for 33 years with that much charm. Low prices and perfect no-frills breakfast. Excellent toast and the server was really nice. Exactly what we were looking for on this road trip!

The place may look old, but it is a clean, pleasant, and calm place to eat. It is rare to find decent food on the road for the price you can find here. They also had some great pepper from the nearby Chile Store. The woman who I believe runs the place seemed very nice. I wish her many years of good business. Also, they have a dirt lot in the back that can accommodate both cars and semi trucks.

Stopped for breakfast as I was traveling through the south. Angie's is rustic from the 40s and has a wonderful back in the day ambiance. It is spotlessly squeaky clean despite it's age. Service and food was fast and cheerful. Best coffee ever. Don't miss this gem when in the area.

If you’re just passing through, don’t miss this little place. Good simple food, like your mama would have made, if your mama was Angie.

72 miles east of El paso however great, food great service recommend The Taco Tote.

Excellent food here and made fresh. This is one of those whole-in-the-wall places that you'd drive right past if you weren't careful. But you owe it to yourself to stop in for a home cooked meal. Awesome hamburgers and great home made fries. Very reasonable prices and family owned friendly service. You'll love this place and the food!!!!

Delicious, very reasonably priced, the people are so sweet too. I’m sad I’m only driving through, this would definitely be a regular spot for me!

I saw the reviews it was not as great as people ate making it. It is OKAY, not amazing or great. I ordered the red beef enchiladas plate. My wife ordered the beef tacos. The pictures of the food is very accurate...It's in the middle of nowhere as you notice. It's small, it will be warm inside so don't expect to be cool. Everything is old and outdated. The waiter it's polite, seems to be family ran.

Great food home like feel

Wow, not a great spot to visit,. The Angie's burger sounded great, but when it was served,. The bun was bigger than my almost burnt burger. Condiments were nothing to write about. It came with fries, that again were nothing to write about. Sodas are not free refilled. As for the restaurant,. Small and a bit shabby. Attached to a gas station. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone traveling that way..

No fake food. A gem of authenticity. Stopped by for early breakfast. Uncrowded. Newspapers were available. Help yourself to a menu. And apparently, if you are a regular, help yourself to the coffee. No fluff at this restaurant. No pretensions. I ordered the classic of eggs with salsa, beans, etc. Best beans I have had at a Mexican food restaurant in years. All was good. Fast too.

First off, the restaurant is called Annies, not Angies. I went there for lunch 2 days in a row...I would have gone there 4 days in a row if I had been in the area that long! The green enchiladas and the brisket tacos were great! Lots of food on each plate.

GREAT PLACE TO EAT AT... Its true when they say the small hole in the wall is the best place to eat at! Great food great service great prices. Highly recommend stopping and giving it a try. You dont need to stop in El Paso for authentic Mexican food stop here!

We went on a Sunday. We waited over an hour to be seated. My 6yr olds enchiladas were spicy he didn't want that so we took it off the bill. My enchiladas were good but they only offered 2 options for sauce a cheese sauce & some spicy red sauce. All in all I was not impressed w/the food!!!

Great food and great service. We stopped in after reading the reviews-and they were right on. I had the combo plate and it was excellent! The food rivalled my hispanic queens fixns. We will def be back!

This is one of my favorite places on earth. It’s in the middle of nowhere and is authentic delicious food. The motel across the street is clean, but like.. there is nothing there. So we got drunk and went walking in the desert. Perfect day.

DELICIOUS spicy and flavorful fresh salsa! Polite, prompt service, cozy atmosphere. Huevos Rancheros (pic) were quite tasty. I would eat here again. Big lot in back for truckers.
